^ I second the call for support of Space Command. It's gonna be great.
I also would urge you to check out and support:
"Jack Houston and the Necronauts is a pulp sci-fi inspired adventure game where you portray Captain Jack Houston on his deadliest mission: to man the first rocket to explore a savage, alien world!"
It's an Edgar Rice Burroughs inspired stop motion classic adventure game. How can you beat that?

A nudge for Reincarnation: The Root of all Evil, which I would dearly love to get funded. Not just because the game sounds awesome, but also so I can get my hands on a cool t-shirt and two of these:
Make it happen people, I WANT THOSE DEMON DOLLS.
A little over 9 days to go and still almost $5000 left to raise.
I would definitely love to see this game gets backed, especially now that a second even cooler t-shirt has been added to the rewards:
The game looks promising, the rewards are cool and perfectly priced (IMHO).
To quote the great Darth Marsden:
Hey guys, for anyone who hasn't taken a look yet, the Dead State: The Zombie Survival RPG Kickstarter is in its final 18 hours. I highly recommend anybody who who is a fan The Walking Dead universe (Dead State shares many parallels with TWD) and/or is a fan of old RPGs with turn-based combat like the original Fallout games and/or anyone looking to play a zombie game that stays true to the roots of what a zombie film is about rather than just another FPS where you run around shooting endless hordes of them take a look at it. Now's your last chance!
The game has been funded but some of the stretch goals that haven't been reached yet look really awesome. When the game is released it will retail for just under $30 but if you pledge now you can pick up the eventual game in its entirety for just $15.
For those undecided, watch the video. The alpha version of the game is pretty far along so you get a really good look at what the game is going to be like.
This is my favorite web comic so I got the signed book. I hope they keep making money because every time another goal is hit the book gets bigger. Also, the video on the Kickstarter page is hilarious and it's worth a watch even if you don't plan on donating.
Introducing Ouya, a new kind of games console. Basically it'll be like an Android, only in console form. Interesting.
Oh, and it made its $1 Million target within 8 HOURS. If you're interested, Kotaku had a pretty in-depth look at it (no jabs about how I read Kotaku please).

Ooooooh! I've always wanted an android device.
This is pretty tempting, (£100 for me for the console and 2 controllers. Its almost enough to make me bite).
I mean, I buy A LOT of marketplace games on the 360, and if the Ouya is built specifically for that, (with flexible pricing on the games), then it might be good for me.
(Plus its open-sourced, so even I could make my own software for it! XD)
Plus emulators. Imagine the emulation you can get on it.
(Portable android consoles made in china can run anything up to the N64 pretty well (better than the Wii at least)).
Dan Harmon(creator of Community) and Dino Stamatopoulos(Moral Orel, Mr. Show, plays Starburns on Community), are teaming up to make a stop motion film based on a script by Charlie Kaufman(Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Being John Malkovich, Adaptation).
If you do not give money to this, you are not a good person.
Awesome. Thanks for giving Dino a Mr.Show credit. More than they did(granted he was more of a producer than a writer on that show even though he's credited as both).

I don't think something this awesome is possible. It is statistically more likely the world ends before this is made. Just sayin'.
I AM BIG BIRD is a documentary project about Caroll Spinney, the man who's been rockin' the Big Bird suit since 1969. The project hasn't had much exposure for whatever reason (only 307 backers to a project about The Muppets?) but I'm really hoping it succeeds.

Ooh, nice. I've been waiting for this one ever since I heard about it months ago.
I actually do hope John K's Kickstarter gets funded. It seems to be currently sitting at that point where it could either pick up steam or fizzle out. Always loved his drawing style.
I AM BIG BIRD is also struggling. I wish they would do some actual advertisement because I'm sure there are a ton of Muppet fans who would get behind this.
Somehow I have nothing against Shadowrun Online's struggle.
The whole idea struck me as a bit too oportunistic, making a Kickstarter right after the raging success of Shadowrun Returns, but by a completely different company. MMO also doesn't tickle my fancy, and immediately I hear "but there's a single player campaign also!". Well, that's what SR:R is for already.
Project Giana is looking very good right now, they've pretty much done most of the hard work so they can show off this pretty amazing visual style the game has.
What they're attempting with the soundtrack makes my heart go bump. Chris Hülsbeck (original composer) vs. Machinae Supremacy (of Jets'N'Guns fame), that will be quite something.
There's no fake credit cards and stuff for me these days. I'll either support this via Paypal as soon as they'll provide the opportunity; or I will buy the final version provided there's no DRM. Heck, these guys are even in the same country as I am. They'll find a way to get my money without any hassle for me.
/edit: Huh, what do you say to that. Just got confirmation in the official forum that they'll try to offer exactly that. Hope they'll get to that 150.000 bucks soon. But it's looking swell at the moment.
BotN is an animated future baseball graphic novel for portable Apple devices - so I have nothing to do with it in the first place - but it really looked interesting judging from the videos, and I was a good bit disappointed that it wasn't available to me when the first issue came out.
NOW it's on kickstarter for issue 2. I feel the pain of every comic maker around the globe, the insecurity whether the project will ever be completed, but I feel a bit pissed how this went down. People were paying four bucks for the issue one app (16 pages), and while this first issue is FREE right now, they're supposed to pay a lot more to ever see the story completed. Creator Ryan Woodward obviously feels for these people and offers the 25$ tier reward (a printed admit one ticket to his fictitious future baseball game) to anyone who bought this issue at the price. It's a nice move, but truth remains: The author is asking previous buyers to pay far more to see his story finished.
Issue 1 was self funded and unfortunately, that well dried up. So that's where kickstarter comes in and allows me to reach out to the fan base and other generous givers. I had several people try to convince me to do kickstarter from the beginning of issue 1. But I felt that before I ask anyone for a dime, I wanted to demonstrate to the public proof of quality, productivity and above all—that I can finish and deliver.
I'm all for kickstarter projects, but ultimately, one's work must sell well enough to support itself. Bottom of the Ninth ep 1 was an Apple app (!!), and received quite positive reviews. Where did the money from this obvious success go and why can't it fund AT LEAST the second episode? The author is expecting that the later episodes WILL fund themselves due to rising popularity - which of course means that those later episodes will be everything besides free, and especially the kickstarter helpers will pay yet again to get these apps one by one.
Aaaaall right. They should offer a PayPal link right now (they said this in their Q&A). If someone finds that thing, could you kindly guide me in the direction?

Hey, while we're on indiegogo, I thought no one would be interested in funding Birdemic 2. A sequel to a real shitty movie that's apparently happening.
The original certainly has a place in my top 10 Amiga games. I would really like to see this done. Sad to see that it's completely impossible. And I HATE how they're advertising it. Sure, sell your World War I flight simulator with a HOT GIRL. That'll work well.
In other news, Shadowrun Online is financed. I can not but feel that they were eventually employing less than moral backer recruitment strategies. Next thing we know, "kickstarter strategy consultant" is a valid new profession.

Birdemic is best movie to mankind!
Seriously the movie is so bad it's funny.
Oh my. They offer funding with Paypal. This might be my chance to get a cheap DVD of this masterpiece!

There's also an 'all-digital' tier that has printable CD/DVD case sleeves and stuff. Awesome.

Also, Penny Arcade sell out. That's not a euphemism, that's actually what they're doing.

As a HUGE Fallout fan, I just had to see this fanmade series and I absolutely loved it. Great acting, great story, sets, etc.

Yeah we have 4 days to go and only need a little over $5k to fund it. So if you've been thinking about pledging but haven't yet, now's the time!
This is getting nail bitingly exciting, I really hope this makes it!!
