I would encourage people to go to team members' twitter and find out what you can. So far, all I've found is head of PR, Mr. Johnson. It doesn't seem like anyone is doing this, but just search "(employee name) telltale twitter" and it should work for all those that use it and promote that they are part of the company.
No it is not.. If it was then it would have been announced by now.
Well unless they release the PC version even though console versions are delayed, which is something they should have done in first place. Stupid that pc/mac users have to wait for console versions when the game is in finished state.
C'mon guys, review copies have apparantly been sent out so it's not far away. Obviously not tomorrow, so I'm expecting an official announcement and a kind of apology before the end of June. Hopefully anyway

If the game isn't going to be released tomorrow and there's still no official statements , then I'm going to start a flood, and I don't think I'll be the only one.
in all fairness if they give us a release date id be quite happy with that. If they can get it out in a weeks time (the first tuesday in july) id be happy with that as well, be an awesome way to spend the night before my birthday until they announce something ill keep playing through the jurassic park game
I see that TWD is again floating around on Steam's "Featured PC Games" tab, so I would not be surprised to see something this week.
Plus, the 3rd episode of the Penny Arcade game, On The Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness, showed up on Steam today after a three-year hiatus (under a new publisher and with a new visual style), so there's always hope!
Two days before a game will be released officially, the news agencies will get time to test it. If the rumours are true, we can expect it on 27th or the 28th.
i would think that there wouldnt be a secret release persay, more that they would post something in there blog, or perhaps even a new video, so the fact that there has been silence all day would make me assume that there will be no release this week (especially for consoles, pc your still in with a chance i guess) and with only 4 days left of june (disregarding today for obvious reasons and saturday as they dont release on weekends) it is looking more and more likely that we wont see episode 2 til july.
HOWEVER, Bashtee refs some rumours that the release could be the 27th or 28th, i have not come across these rumours as i tend to get my WD info from this site, and no rumours have surfaced here, Bashtee i hope you are correct, however doubtful it probably is.
Finally, IF the episode is not released this week, we can expect a new flood of "you said this, you said that, weres my game, etc etc" and to be fair, it has all been said and i think most people on this site are well aware that people are angry/upset, i assume TTG employees are aware as well, so please do post your displeasure if you feel you must but also keep in mind it is not a personal attack against anyone and these things do happen!
TL: DR We are all in the same boat, lets try not to rock it.
Did they hire George R. R. Martin to write the episodes?
Well whatever. I'v already spent my money and made an investment in entertainment. Mine as well make the best of it. I figure if I eat right, get plenty of exercise, avoid drugs and dangerous hobbies. I should live to be old enough to play episode three. Now I just have to figure out which kid to leave four and five to.
Given that Telltale tends to post updates and make notifications without addressing their fans directly (or so it would seem), I don't think it is beyond them to release Episode 2 without prior notice. At this point, I'm sure the folks over at TT want nothing more than to get back into the good graces of their customers and to make a profit doing so. I could be wrong, of course.
Keep in mind: I'm still new to TellTale, so I'm sure some of the senior members might feel inclined to disagree.
Hi everyone, new here but have been reading all your post since I officially started "waiting" for episode 2. I've got plenty of other games to help pass my time and although WDTG was fantastic I don't mind waiting alittle while. What gets me is the total lack of communication from TT. I mean, really. Why can't they just say what is taking so long. And what's funny is that WDTG was the first Telltale game that I purchased and since I did like it, I decided to purchase Back to the Future, Tales of Monkey Island and Sam & Max for my ps3. Just feel very disappointed.
what a mod or a member of staff should do is start a new topic saying we sorry for the delay because of this problem or we having trouble with a bug or classfiling the game game age rateing or something like that but the way telltale games have keept us fans in the dark is wrong most over game devs will let the fans know why the twdtg starved for help not been released yet but still i was impressed with a new day and hope ep 2 comes out this week or next week

Um...we already know the reason. They are waiting on certification for simultaneous release.
They cant be delaying just to have a release of the different platforms at the same time.
any game developer that can make more than just a hello world app, will release on any platform that that offers permission first. this will encourage companies to work more quickly with approvals as the one with the easiest approval process will get the most business.
it they want to restore more trust in their games, they need to provide at least some kind of a press release on why there is a delay.
eg
"Sorry for the delay in the release of episode 2, but when we were about to start the production for episode 2, we found that our hard drives were full of po.... Anyway, hard drives are expensive now and once we get a good deal on some extra hard drives, then we will continue development; provided we don't fill the new hard drives with p.. umm stuff, yea, stuff..."
or
"Sorry for the delay, in an attempt to make compiling go faster, we decided to get a faster CPU but sadly the LGA2011 CPU didn't quite fit into the socket of the LGA1366 motherboard and forcing it in with a hammer did not yield the results we expected
Luckily we had an old PDP-8 laying around and we assure you that it is hard at work compiling episode 2."

This. What a joke.

We should open a new poll for guessing how many people will be banned tomorrow. :D
i'd think holy shit... then hit mass delete...
and maybe release some news...
Mass suicide.
I live about 10 minutes from that place. Maybe I should pay them a visit?
Here he is:
Dude, if you go to Madrid sometime you are invited to some tapas and beers. If you are agree tell something.
Let's see if you keep in silence now.

looks more like a garter belt. Now I have given you a new image to think about. Bane in panties and a garter belt.
Oh...I though maybe Bane is saving himself for someone special;)
