That's what the big mystery is. If we don't, if we end up having to wait until Tuesday, I can only imagine the gaggle of people that's going to run down Telltale's building with pitchforks and torches, claiming they've all turned into walkers and need to be put down before they put us down.
I mean it's not the end of the world but it sucks waiting this long. Then seeing people on steam downloading it just puts the knife deeper inside of almost all Psn players.
Are you aware of how many PC users get the finger while console users have it made?
Yeah. Anyway, not turning this into a console war, so I'll shut up here.
EDIT: Still not getting the game on Steam. What's going on?
And on any other day, I'd agree with you, Balisong. I'm primarily a PC gamer, but they said on the Steam page that my graphics set (Intel HD Accellerator) wouldn't work with it, and I found no proof to the contrary so I purchased the season pass on PSN.
Steam can be finicky sometimes -- for example, 'Meet the Pyro' (Team Fortress 2) just came out, and it took forever for the update to download or even APPEAR on Steam because they were swamped. I can't imagine how long it's going to take for my PS3 to download TWD when the update hits, if MTP was any example...
EDIT: We get it, you guys. You can download the game, and we're excited for you. But it feels like the knife's getting pushed deeper and deeper. ):
PSN users, Ep. 2 is up, you need to either follow the link on the store page (led to ep. 1 for me) or go through "All titles" and find the over page for Walking Dead and find ep. 2 and download
I'm with Vainamoinen. Steams terms of service and DRM crap is borderline creepy. They can remove access to your games anytime they want, they can scan your entire computer anytime they want and they want to run Steam in the background continuously. Not a good combination. Steam is an enemy of freedom.
Wow, do you wear a tinfoil hat?
Yes, they can scan anonymous usage statistics from your computer. This is an incredibly benign process. I've had Steam installed since it's inception, and have never had my PC compromised in any way.
Yes, if you do something that violates their Terms and Conditions, like using an unauthorized hack, or trying to install a game that you didn't buy, they can ban your account. That's a bad thing?
Steam's been around forever, so I'm sure that you'd have given it a try if there were any reasoning with you. I wouldn't miss out on their Summer Sale if you paid me.

I do have Steam on one of my PCs. I pay for and download the game, then CTRL ALT DEL the steam app, then apply patches so I don't have to run it through Steam

I wasn't kidding, I literally cannot download the game on Steam. I have no idea why, it just won't do it.
In case anyone still needs this confirmation, the Telltale build is downloadable and playable NOW. Go start up that game!!
