I don't have a PC, died on me a while ago. I have a Mac which, last I checked, Skyrim doesn't run on it. And I'm not exactly running to throw my money for the game either. Looks pretty, but I'm not really all into the Elder Scroll series.
Constantinople looks mighty fine and old Ezio still knows how to kick butt (quietly!). Some of the new stuff I've seen are very good, one thing I've not enjoyed so much (defending towers is all I'll say, though I've only done one so far). Still enjoying what I've played so far and very interested to see where the story takes me.
Although I've only played Oblivion. And I spent a lot of time in the oblivion gate things, which everyone says were godawful (and I'm inclined to agree) so I may be a little swayed. I want to give the game another shot, next time it's on sale on steam.

The same, though I'll add that I'm not a fan of the new "Templar awareness" system that's replaced notoriety, nor the removal of posters as a means of driving it down. Also, with so many chests full of bomb components (and I still haven't learned to make them myself yet), I find myself hurting for money more than I did at the start of either of the last two games.
You know what I find hilarious about this game, is that whenever I actively look for something, I never seem to find it.
But if I just roam around the map, I tend to stumble across things.
Its pretty fun to do that.
I FINALLY managed to get to High Hrothgar, but even then, it wasn't exactly easy getting there.
Also, if you get a chance, GO KILL SOME DRAGON'S first.
(Its the control animal one you specifically want)
As the path to High Hrothgar is suprisingly hard.
NO! Its not the cakewalk that guy said it was, (I was SO tempted to go back and kill him! >:X), I met a freakin' Sabre Toothed Cat and a Frost Troll.
Thats why you need the shout, especially if you are a stealth character.
That cat will almost always detect you before you can get a good shot at it, and the frost troll is strong. Try to land 1 hit on them, then as they get close, use that shout!
It turns them tame, and then you can just sneak behind them, and plant a few arrows in them for a quick kill.
Also I have 2 dead companions now. Lydia decided to randomly die.
(Well she did say she had a bad feeling about the place we were in... XD)
So thats Faendal and Lydia dead, I guess I'll have to go and recruit Uthgerd then...
The rest is very simple though.
EDIT: I got it wrong. It was one of the white dragons that game me that shout, but which one I don't know...

I agree with the Templar awareness thing, now the only ways to reduce it is through bribing heralds and killing Templar officials. Also it seems that renovating shops also increases the Templar awareness prompting a fair few trips to bribe heralds so far. And yeah money does seem a bit scarcer, though you can sell bomb components once you've met someone who can help you with making new kinds of bombs. What I'm doing about money is what I usually do which is get enough to buy a treasure map, go get all treasure, use money to repair shops and whatnot and rinse and repeat until I'm earning enough through income to get me the cool stuff later on.
*edit*
there's still an hour and 45 minutes on it! Yay! Now which version to get i wonder...
Deluxe. You Cannot get the DLC for this game legally anywhere else anymore. And you cannot upgrade to Deluxe once you have the GOTY.
BUt if you want to play it in any other language than English (French, German, Italian, Spanish) you will have to get the normal GOTY since the GOTY Deluxe is only available in English.

Yeah, it does, and that pretty much blows.

I did that in II and Brotherhood. In this game, it's not working as well because I'm getting more bomb parts and less money, and even if I could sell off bomb parts, I'd really rather save them in case I need them. Also, it seems to me that banks are more scarce, and I don't seem to be getting paid as often as every 20 minutes.
However, one positive about the game is that tunnel entrances don't need to be repaired.

Actually I don't think I'm doing to bad for money now, though I wouldn't exactly say I was rolling in it I'm getting a steady income of around 4000 now and with doing treasure runs as well as a few side missions to pass the time I get a decent pot in the bank but I then blow most of it on newer weapons and shop repairs.
Also, I can barely tear myself away from the game, always thinking "ooh, I'll just go find some treasure, got it now my assassins are back, better send them on another mission, now to spend the money, make a bank withdrawal, spend it, get more treasure..." and so on! I have to really force myself to turn off the console, especially as it's 1:30 am and I'm up in the morning.
What do you all make of it? I'm really looking forward to it.
Well it doesn't start getting hard until World 4, but it takes too many precautions to make sure you can never lose or get too frustrated, which is bullshit. But the levels are a lot of fun and pretty memorable. They're really like playing Super Mario 64 but if each level only had one star in it, though. But that's only my impressions from the first four worlds. It's started to get a lot more difficult.

See, I'm not having that problem. I'm pretty early on in Sequence 3 and I've done the first Desmond memory (which was interesting), and I quit last night because I was bored. I miss my crossbow, my health is shit, I barely have any buildings renovated, and I don't have the money to do anything about it.
Also, I sort of feel like Constantinople doesn't draw me in the way Rome did. Rome started to feel familiar very quickly, but I still barely know my way around Istanbul.

That Desmond memory was pretty interesting. I've unlocked the 2nd one but not done it yet. I'm most of the way through Sequence 3, I think. I do miss the crossbow mind, just gonna save to save up for it I guess. I know what you mean about Istanbul, it is harder to learn your way around it maybe because the streets are narrower and more winding and darker too. I don't know, I'm just into it right now. Hopefully it'll grow on you too.
Unfortunately, I just finished Eagle's Tower in Link's Awakening DX, so I don't think I want to go through the game again.
Oh man. The art in those screenshots is just all over the place. I'll play a bit of it but I find it hard to look at stuff like that. I still haven't beaten Link's Awakening yet (I'm in the Eagle's Tower on the 3DS version, so I should finish it on that platform when I get back to it).
Finished Link's Awakening. Probably going to be splitting my time between Ocarina of Time and Assassin's Creed: Revelations for now. I'd like to finish Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask in the next week so I can bring a portable Zelda (Oracle of Ages) to my aunt's house on Thanksgiving.
Oh gey guys. Minecraft is out of beta with new features such as the end, new sound effects, enchanting, and repairing your stuff(which is utterly useless the way it is currently)
So everyone thats bought it, enjoy, those that haven't, have fun with the elevated price:p
Assassin's Creed Revelations. As much as want to dig into the story, I can't seem to tear myself away from multiplayer. I mean its not like these people are just going to stab themselves without me!

Worth noting this is actually a demo, so only the first dungeon is finished, and it's long been cancelled, so won't ever be continued.
Currently playing Deathspank: The Baconing. Trying to get the trophies, so went back to the 1st Outhouse, working my way back through the lands and mastering the shield reflect. Very satisfying!
EDIT: Did that, playing through again on Insane difficulty for the last trophy. It's definitely a step up, but given my new mastery of the shield reflect, it's not as hard as I'd feared.

Heretic! Get him!

Also protip on Oblivion gates: Forget about the main quest, don't go to Kvatch and you will never have to see any gate ever in this game.

Wait what? I missed it?! How much?
4.99$ for the GOTY, 6.24 for GOTY Deluxe. It was the midweek madness for several days.
...Goddammit.
*edit*

Skyrim, can do one. Zelda's where it's at.
This and Assassin's Creed: Revelations.

Wait its out!! I thought it came out on the 20th!
Yeah. I wish they had focused on bigger worlds like in 64 or Galaxy. doesn't change the fact that it's an absolute blast.
Every time I so much as here Skyward Sword be so much as casually being mention I get anxious; I want to play it sooooooo badly!
Unfortunately, I just finished Eagle's Tower in Link's Awakening DX, so I don't think I want to go through the game again.

It's released today (the 18th) in Europe. Some retailers started selling it one day early though.
EDIT: Oh, and I'm playing The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D.
Man-whoring. No, I was generously pre-ordered it by a friend and it arrived a day early in the post.
Did I mention it's absolutely unreal? It'll make you grow tits on your armpits.
So everyone thats bought it, enjoy, those that haven't, have fun with the elevated price:p
I bought it for 10€ this week in a keystore. Yay!
