What do you know about Military training exactly? You are trained to keep your cool in hostile environments...but eventually you do freak out. Also if you do have a break down in the middle of a fire fight..you figure out how quickly a slap to the face can solve a majority of problems during stress.
Metroid isn't supposed to be a commentary about the effects of war on the human psyche. It's about a badass space bounty hunter on a mission to destroy her foes. Ridley might make her uneasy, but she's not supposed to be downright petrified by him.

The coloring of the game isn't brown, gritty and post-apocolypse-esque (see:all other zombie games). The story is fun; the characters are compelling; the dialogue choices you make affect your gaming experience; and the control scheme is implemented well.

Donkey Kong 64 is definitely "padded" and is inferior to Mario 64 and Banjo-Kazooie. That being said, if Nintendo announced that Retro Studios was working on a new Donkey Kong 3D platformer in exactly the style of DK64, padding and all, I would be ecstatic. It's still a fantastic game with some of the best and most immersive levels ever, and it's a shame game design moved away from that style.
I'm playing Assassin's Creed: Revelations which is okay; I don't like it as much as Brotherhood. I also just played an exhibition game in NBA Live 2000, 12 minute quarters, Knicks vs. Knicks, in preparation for my upcoming 82 game season. I've done that with Live 95-99 and will be going for the five-peat this year (I lost in 7 games in the Eastern Conference Finals in Live 95 - way back in early 1996). In tonight's game I got beaten badly despite a late rally and 80+ points from Allan Houston, so I might not be ready to officially start the season yet.

I don't yell around her. I rant sometimes, but she likes that. I should spend more time with her. I guess I just don't know how to just go do things without having an extremely analytical reason. I don't have fun like normal humans. And she has a lot of work and school.

I’m playing “Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood” on the PS3 and I’ve also started a new game of “The Longest Journey”; first time I’ll be playing this in English and I must stay, it’s a whole new experience and some things feel as if I’m reading/hearing them for the first time. I really like Charlie’s voice in this one, his Dutch voice actor always bothered me. But on the other hand I think I like Dutch April better

Well i'm playing Black Ops 2, Now before everyone starts going on a rant about how Cod is overrated and all that, i'll say zombies and the story this time is really fun in my opinion .
Doing another playthrough of Infamous 2 to get trophies...i almost got the platinum trophy.
I am also playing Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale. Pretty good and Jak & Ratchet are great but Kratos is overpowered and Toro and Fat Princess are crap because it takes longer to get enough with super attacks in my opinion. But i think it's a fun online game

The paper mario series had been known for its story and lovable characters. Sticker star doesn't really deliver in story, and there is a lack of solid characters. Mario and Peach are still there, but the humor that we've seen from Bowser in Thousand-Year Door and Super Paper Mario is gone.
Think of it as a simple mario platformer, except it's...paperized.

So far the emulator seems to work. Got a bit of problems with the sound quality, but not a major issue. It even works with a 360 controller.
