So I'm planning on nabbing a few of the Big Finish Audio Dramas soonish. Anyone have any suggestions? Avoiding Eighth Doctor because I can. Have my eye on 'Davros' and 'Master'.

But... the eighth is my favourite! Especially in the audios. I would reccomend at least trying "The chimes of midnight", most people agree it's amongst the best of all the who audios, and it's the 8th. Or maybe the Eighth Doctor collection (which is quite cheap, has the first three of his audios, and then a random one from his second season)
Other than that, i only own a couple of non-8th ones. Spare Parts is pretty good (Peter Davison). It's the Origin story of the cybermen. And The minds eye was pretty good (but shorter than the others).
I'll see if I can dig up a ratings site i found a while back.
@tabstis: You can buy it seperately next month. Not sure if it will be included in some sort of bundle with the new games aswell, but they're so awesome, i want to replace all my wiimotes with them!
You see, but my favorites are the 5th, 6th, and 7th, so I'll alternate by the doctor in my purchases. Also, am I correct in assuming that the Companion Chronicles are not that great?

I've only heard one, and it was ok, but for the money, you're better of going and getting a main series one.
The multi-doctor episodes are meant to be pretty good aswell, but some of them (like Zagreus) require you to have heard some of the 8ths audios, as his are done in series, with themes and stuff.
Also, The 4th doctor is recording some episodes for BF soon. He's getting his own series to replace The Eighth Doctor Adventures.
Only thought to add to discussion:
I really dig it when doctors, after regeneration, wear the previous doctor's wardrobe for a bit especially when it doesn't fit.

I think Colin Baker/McCoy pulled that of the best. The amount of extra sleeve room he had!
Also, just a reminder, you can watch the doctor who prom (complete with a live action mini episode) on the iplayer now, and theres an extended version on friday.
Does anyone know when we get to see any media from the Wii and DS games, like trailers, screenshots or previews? Sure would be nice to see some before the games come out next month.

Good question looks a bit awkward holding sideways. Not a big, but a bit of a design flaw there.
I would hope soonish. Afterall, we don't have an actual release date for the games yet (Amazon say october 29th Play say November 11th (not sure if day is right there).
As for holding the Soniic Screwdriver sideways, i'm sure it won't be much more uncomfortable than using the wiimote that way. Besides playing sonic on the VC with the Sonic will outweigh any discomfort with it's pure awesomeness!
Also, this is the free gift in next weeks "Doctor who adventures" Magazine. The magazine itself is usually rubbish, but this thing is frickin awesome!
Has everyone seen the doctor who proms yet? It's on the iplayer now, and theres some extra stuff via the red button.
So here's a random question I thought up: Within the next few years, we're going to reach #12 and 13, which would mean that all Who is coming to an end (at least via television) (unless they renew his regenerations which would ruin it). How do you all think it should end?
My ultimate cheesy ending is the Doctor, a few stories before the last one, 'resets' the TARDIS for one reason or another and it's now back to it's factory default (i.e., how it looked back in the Hartnell years), and he says goodbye to certain key companions knowing his life is coming to an end. The last of which is Susan, obviously. Then, he stops the Daleks forever somehow and the Cybermen and all those people, and he rids the galaxy of every problem ever existed, including the Chameleon Circuit. Reseting it's appearance, he goes back to Gallifrey and dies as the Camera pans to the back of the first doctor's head discovering the TARDIS.
that's amazing, but I expect a Doctor Saves Gallifrey and Timelords from time bubble and The Master (Since The Master has killed Rasillon) and is granted another set of regenerations and the show is cancelled 2 series' later due to plunging ratings
I read a hilarious fanfiction once where the thirteenth Doctor dies because he gets hit by a bus. When Death comes to collect him, he pulls the standard Sisyphus trick and ties Death up before running away to continue exploring the universe as an undead Timelord.
Here's my proposal: The thirteen Doctor saves the universe by sacrifices himself as his last noble deed. As he is finally dying his body comes in contact with the time vortex inside the Tardis. The Doctor wakes up amazed at how the afterlife is exactly like living, he then realizes he has regenerated again. He looks at himself in mirror and discovers he recognizes his new face and voice. He realizes that it’s his first incarnation as a young man! With his regenerations reset he starts up the Tardis ready for new adventures. Then comes a reboot with a new series that has no connections to the old show or story.
That would be a worst case scenario if they actually did end Doctor Who that way. The best way I think would be if the Doctor would be if saves the universe by sacrifices himself and die. But in the last scene we get a small hint that he might not actually be dead. Then Doctor Who would finally end.
I doubt they would actually call it quits on the 13th regeneration, unless ratings drop very badly. They might start going into the film industry, with previous doctors. But, if they do call it quits, I would like to see some of the older doctors (maybe all of them, with other actors to replace the dead ones), saying farewell, as he sacrifices himself to end the time war, killing both Daleks and timelords alike. It would explain some of the emotion the doctors had with regards to the timewar, if it involved all the doctors incarnations.
Anyway, the Limited edition Series 5 boxart has been revealed. It's apparently lenticular. And theres a signing going on in HMV London on the 8th of November.
And for a bonus, this is apparently on sale aswell now.
I’ve just discovered that Gallifrey exists within the Star Wars universe! It’s a street in the Manarai Hills district, one of the more affluent neighborhoods on the planet Coruscant.

*edit*
This should help! Let me know which ones you choose!
Here's that link

Because no matter what rules or regulations have been previously stated, he's the goddamn Doctor. When have the rules ever applied to him?

I think it's actually part of one of those christmas gift sets. Namely this one.
Freaky.
Also, whats with all the who news lately? I'm having trouble keeping up!
Psh - Daleks are embedded in my head as Nick Briggs no matter what happens. 5 years do that.
Also: say what you will, but the Daleks shall never be overused due to the fact they're so adorable.
But there suppost to be scary!

I love the bit in Journey's End where they start malfunctioning and their arms are spinning. So cute.
I squeed with fangirlish glee when they offered the Doctor tea in the last series. So adorable!
And the biscuits!
Cybermen on the other hand.. They're scary. Sometimes.
Also, speaking of cute daleks
I just found out that someone in my town owns a fully sized replica dalek. I'm incredibly jealous.
the cybermen are more superior then daleks...more superior at dying that is!
