Updates on the filming! You guys aren't going to get anything other than some crappy cell phone camera photos until it's over though. But, hey, look! Rick!
Seriously, if ANYONE wants to snag the Talent Show achievement today for a ticket, I'd be happy to do 70% of the work. I've done this like three times already for various people. It takes like ten minutes.
I'd like to do it today, but I won't have a chance until we manage to get my friend's car trouble sorted out. I should be free this evening, so I'll definitely take one of you guys up on it.
Also, when I get a chance to upload it for you guys, I have a picture of awesome things to come.
Indeed. Rather helped me out in no time at all. Then we proceeded to wander around the following room just doing silly things for like an hour such as getting vertigo while running through portal tunnels and yacking about the games we hate and love.
I have a SMALL amount of time tomorrow morning, like 9:30 to 10 AM before I teach. Dashing, you would be a god if you could help.
ON ANOTHER NOTE.
We finished our contest entry. The costumes, every not-store-bought prop, the set dressing, storyboards, and EVERY SINGLE PAINTING (all 15 of them, most of which you don't see due to the main painting having 5 identically painted copies used during the video) was made by me. I has a tired and am going to bed now. We worked on this for three straight days. I had maybe 6 hours of sleep this weekend.

Yep, he's awesome. We knocked out that achievement for me, then we went through and picked up a few co-op achievements that neither of us had yet.
Sadly I was too lagged to get the achievement. Dashing was a boss and retried until we could time it for my lag, so we redid it a bunch of times, but in the end the lagging itself was inconsistent and I gave up.
I did the achievement twice with a friend, but it didn't show up either time. We realized that because he was playing on PS3 it didn't count.
After getting someone else to help me with it I redeemed my last three tickets. Glad Valve kept Summer Camp up past midnight or it all would've been in vain.
@Divisionten: I've finally seen that vid of yours and it is pure awesome! I really hope you win, especially with all the effort you have put into it. Those paintings you did are wonderful! Let us know how it goes.
@guruguru: That is also looking like something awesome being developed. Keep us updated on it.
I think I'm agreeing with Guru on this one. Maybe I'll just make these drinks and then give them to my friends who DO drink. All I need now is to find some friends who drink and also live close enough for me to give them alcohol.
I used to have friends I could've made these drinks for. Unfortunately, we had a falling out before I discovered the wonder that is The Drunken Moogle. Seriously, there's so much more on that site than just Portal drinks. It's amazing.

BUT IT WAS TOTALLY WORTH IT, I SWEAR.
Please watch.
Bravo! Can't wait to see how it fares in the contest.

Excellent video, divisionten.
That's only 1/20 scale. Here's the full scale WIP.
