In case you're curious about Assassin's Creed, all the games save Revelations are 75% off - Revelations itself is only 50%. Also, none of Revelation's DLC is discounted. AT ALL.
I agree. It looks pretty nice. I don't know anything about it, and I couldn't find any real reviews of it, but it's also on BigFishGames.com, so you could play it for an hour there before deciding whether or not you want to get it on Steam. If you do, let us know what you think of it.

I'd never heard of it until it went up yesterday, and that's probably because it seems to be a port of a mobile game*, you probably aren't going to find someone here who knows about it. It seems to be free on mobile platforms, I'm not sure if that's ad-supported or involves microtransactions or if it's just free?
*I don't really follow mobile gaming because being on a mid-range Android device for the past few years has sort of cut me off from that space.
Both games are also 75% off, which makes them £3.24 and £3.74 respectively, or 4.99 each in other currencies, or a flat £5.74 / $7.49 / €7.49 for the pair.
I would have bought Deponia but Daedalic pissed me off twicethis year with their Steam releases. They will not get my money for at least the rest of the year.
All of these games are Steam activated EXCEPT For Arkham City (securom + Games for Windows Live)
Two games for £10
The Darkness II
Darksiders (The second game is also on sale on the main site for about £15 so you can get both for £20 (veeerrrryy snneeakkkyy there... ;D))
IL-2 Cliffs of Dover
Metro 2033
Serious Sam HD The Second Encounter
Batman - Arkham City: GOTY Edition (again, not steam activated!)
EDIT:
Also main site deal highlights!
Jet Set Radio £2.99 (Steamworks)
Rayman Origins £4.99 (Not sure on the DRM on this one. I suggest looking up before for this one...)
Rayman Origins £4.99 (Not sure on the DRM on this one. I suggest looking up before for this one...)
As far as I know, Rayman Origins has no DRM (I know the Steam version can launch without Steam running and with no internet connection, and Ubisoft used the lack of DRM as a selling point when the PC version was announced).
God this sale sucks. A ton of games I already have, a few that are unavailable (without me caring too much) and a lot of bad games on sale.
I was so hoping for a Nancy Drew game that hasn't been on sale yet.
I'm looking at DLC for games I already own - Dungeon Defenders & Magicka, specifically. They're all at 75% off - apart from the recently released Dungeons & Daemons Magicka DC - so it's actually sort-of worth it now.
EDIT: Oh wait, I already own them all. Well, shit. This might be the first major sale where I don't actually buy anything. That just seems wrong somehow.

Also I'd like to point out that if you own Divinity II: Dragon Knight Saga on steam, then you get a free copy of Divinity 2: Developer's Cut. (At least I did... >_>)
It shows up as a seperate title though, so I'm redownloading it. (Good thing I didn't stat the game then! XD)
EDIT: It was today, as evidenced by everyone else on Steam going "why do I have this?". The reason for that is because the rest f the Divinity series has been released on Steam, which is probably why there was a 'pay what you want' offer on GOG not long ago.
Oh, no, wait - it's because that 'pay what you want' offer happened that I won't be getting the rest of the series on Steam. My bad!
Sorry, got offered some overtime at the last minute. Work's not been very good with hours lately. Half term and only 8 staff throughout the day? Yeah, someone screwed up there.
Sounds obvious, but there's no Midweek Madness due to the (rather lacklustre, to be honest) Halloween Sale.
Is there anyone that doesn't already own it because I wanna punch you!
Hang on...
...nope, there it is, in the 'Half-Life' category. Phew. REALLY didn't feel like getting punched.
EDIT: Just noticed that Postal 2 Complete is now available. I'd buy it, but I already own it twice, so...
More importantly though - HOW THE HELL DOES THIS COUNT AS AN INDIE GAME, STEAM?
Comments
It's a bit confusing, so here's the link on Steam.

I think that subtitle is new, which is why you might not have found much about it
EDIT - Daily Deal:
£2.67(ish) / $3.39 / €3.39
It's very much inspired by Cannon Fodder, though not as good, and is actually worth getting at this price.
£7.99 / $9.99 / €9.99
The Weekend Deal:
Both games are also 75% off, which makes them £3.24 and £3.74 respectively, or 4.99 each in other currencies, or a flat £5.74 / $7.49 / €7.49 for the pair.
And for something completely different, I present possibly the clunkiest name for something I've ever seen:
Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Future Soldier Arctic Strike DLC.
It's a good game. DEFINITELY worth trying.
Not really my kind of game.
£1.74 / $2.49 / €2.49. And no, I've never heard of it either.

£1.74 / £2.49 / €2.49 and £2.99 / $3.74 / €3.74 respectively. The second one won't play on WinXP or lower.

Here's the full list of special offers at Get Games. Most don't activate on Steam though, FYI.
EDIT: Working late tonight - Daily Deal's gonna be up a bit late.
I'm just gonna post the best deals, rather than all of them, so bear with me. This'll take a while.

bought:
Home
They Bleed Pixels
EDIT: Oh wait, I already own them all. Well, shit. This might be the first major sale where I don't actually buy anything. That just seems wrong somehow.
This is what you're getting for your money.
Already got Home from an Indie Royale bundle.
In fact, I've got it from the current Indie Royale bundle.
Yoink.
It shows up as a seperate title though, so I'm redownloading it. (Good thing I didn't stat the game then! XD)

€3,24 / £2.49 / $3.74.
Looks like a very generic action game to me, but it's got a metascore of 77/100, so it can't be all bad I guess.
Sounds obvious, but there's no Midweek Madness due to the (rather lacklustre, to be honest) Halloween Sale.
€1.99 / £2.49 / $2.49.
A deal I only noticed today (possibly because it's new?) is The Halloween Adventure Pack.
Freaking have been waiting for this forever.
Also, I already have almost all games on the Halloween Adventure Pack. Guess which one I'm missing?
Hint: It starts with Kaptain and ends with Brawe.
didn't notice it because it is not in the German store. I own all of the games though.
£3.74 / $4.99 / €4.99
Weekend Deals:
and
I'm working late tomorrow night, so someone'll have to cover for me. Or you can just wait. Either's cool with me.
€2.49 / £1.49 / $2.49.

To be honest, I wish I didn't have it.
