Yeah,I bet they're gonna have Clem in the game but not as who you control..I hope they're gonna start the season from the point, Clem saw the strangers..
Carley got shot in the head deal with it. Is the stranger and Larry returning... NO neithers your video game crush. We see you boner in your pants. She wont reappear as she wasnt that key.
You honestly think I want Carley because I'd get a boner? You're really pathetic, empty and rude.
If Doug had been anything like her, he wouldn't have been turned down by the majority, including me.
He just wasn't worth anyone's time, plus she was intelligent, saved lives and knew how to handle a pistol.
Well WHY the obsession? She was good I liked her but Its the only logical explanation for people to think she survived a gun shot TO THE FACE. Its beyond "shes a good charecter" to be this obsessed. She had a part and fancied Lee....I could understand with Clem or Lee but its stupid timewasting "oh she may of lived it was just her cheek at point blank range the bullet bounced off it was fake blood" its like people thinking "Lee must be immune"
I want Lee's jacket from episode 2 to return. Maybe our new protagonist could loot it from the abandoned motel? Unlikely but I think Telltale could pull something like that off , the right way.
Telltale will come up with a sequel that definitely will please the majority of us, since they got plenty of time to monitor the feedbacks on this forums.
What if... They make a connection with the comic/show even more? My idea:
Remember morgan and his son from the tv show? What if season 2 has morgan and his son ? The two silouettes ? One was shorter than the other and i think it can definately be pulled off. Since rick in the tv show told morgan on radio to leave/dont come to atlanta because it wasnt safe. What if the first few episodes are about what happened to morgan and his son after meeting rick? And then around the third or fourth episode or so, they made thier way to savannah but find it only infested. So they left and are walking in the field. Clementine spots them and thats where they join up. I think its be kinda cool to try and make a story out of morgan and his son after meeting rick since nothing about them was shown after that.
Morgan never left the place where Rick met him. In the comics When Rick goes back to Kentucy to get more guns from the police station with his son and Abraham he checks to see if Morgan is still where he left him. He found that Morgan had stayed in the same house fending of attacks from people that were trying to take his possessions over the last 12 months and Morgan's son was killed sometime after after Christmas. So that kind of rules Morgan and his son out for season 2 of the game since they never left the suburbs. By now, I think the game is to far in the comics story to have any more cameos from Rick's group members other wise it would alter what has already been written and Telltale are trying to keep the game canon so it fits in with the comics. The Herschel and Glenn cameos were fine because they were set before the starting point of the comic.
This is what I said in another thread on the topic:
I don't like the Kenny death. I feel if you killed Ben that should prevent Kenny's death, giving it some meaning. The chances aren't good, butI still have speculations.
1) He wasn't visibly shot in the head like Carley or Katjaa. You don't even see him die.
2) No screams whatsoever. Even if it was a "giving himself up" moment, there is still pain, and he used the last bullet to kill Ben if you saved him in Episode 4, so he couldn't have shot himself.
3) Escapes. If there is one thing that I know about the walking Dead, it's that if you don't see a body, they're not 100% dead. On the show, Andrew was in a similar situation and he screamed then: Kenny didn't even do that. It's definetly possible at least. He started runing down the alley. He could have gone down a manhole or shattered a window. When you look down from the roof you see the swarm over Ben and a few over something else, but not eating. They could have been reaching down a manhole into the sewers.
4) In the end character conclusions it says, "Lost in a herd a walkers." Why not just say dead? Why would Telltale leave that open if he was completely he was not just merely dead, but most sincerely dead?
5) Why just leave Christa and Omid? A couple. Leave all the torn apart people to die and leave the last couple that you barely know alive. To have a defining link that is with the protaganist the whole story just die quick with no real emotional tole doesn't seem realistic as much as him escaping the herd isn't realistic. If this was actually realistic, thy wouldn't leave a pregnant woman and a wounded guy alive and and the capable people dead.
6) This is different that Lee dying. People expected Lee to die, so the everyone dies attitude would presume Kenny dead as well. If he was alive, people wouldn't expect that. As much as people wanted to save Lee, once he was bit you knew it was over. Kenny is kind of a mystery.
7) Tyreese was in the same situation. Yes he had a hammer , but a hammer isn't much either to not only kill someone but destroy every single brain completly. That showed me nothing is impossible. Knny could smash a few heads in I'm sure. He appereciated Lee's company for that and was able to killthe walkers at the gas stations grabbing Duck as he says at Hershel's farm.
8) He ran off. After shooting Ben he clearly runs off screen pretty fast and we see or hear nothing more of him. The scene in the building is harder to tell but it is unlikely he killed himself after that speech and we still hear nothing. So he could have escaped and he wasn't even trapped. The alley wasn't one way. He could have forced out the other side.
So yes, the odds aren't good for him. He's more likey dead than alive, but don't close the door on Kenny yet. Something tells me Telltale wouldn't have cause this suspicion and left the door open if they weren't planning something.
I thought it said lost to the herd. I haven't played the game in a while but if it did say lost to the herd that is another way of saying he was killed. In my play through I definitely heard him shouting out in anguish, I remember because I was laughing my fuckin head off. Me and Kenny never saw eye to eye.
Clementine is the main character for Season 2, in fact, I love if they skipped a couple of years to Teen Clementine.
The game is meant to be canon and tie in with the comic's universe. Rick's journey isn't even 2 years in yet so Clementine can't be shown as a teenager if the game is to remain canon. Carl is still only 9. I'm confident that Clementine will still be 9 in episode 2. The only reason the 2nd episode jumped so far on was to catch up to comics, though it is still behind, it shows Lee's group in the heart of the ZA where there used to living in a world of zombies. After ep2 time moved on quite slowly. Ep3 was only a week after ep 2's ending. Ep4 seemed to be hours after ep3's ending.Ep5 was seconds after ep4's ending. In the walking dead comics time doesn't advance a great deal. The comics have been going for around 8 years, give or take and Carl has only had 1 birthday. The group have had 1 winter and we have seen 1 Christmas. If the game is to stay in tone with the comics it won't jump to far in the future and it definitely won't pass were Rick is in the walking dead time line in the same way that the TV show will never go ahead of the comics. Even though they change some things around the group in the show reach settings in the same sequence the group did in the comics e.g Atlanta, the camp, the road, the farm, the road, the prison, Woodbury.
I haven't played a game with saving Doug yet. Is it worth the experience?
I don't think it was. Doug is like the Tdog character in the tv show. he's just in amongst the group, in the background most of the time. He doesn't get involved in arguments, he's too passive and uninteresting. The joke is he even says that he feels useless since he doesn't have any tools, so he can't put his skills to use. He was pretty much a one trick pony to begin with. In the world before the apocalypse he was valuable but in the ZA he's fuckin useless, just as I expected he would be when I first finished playing ep1.
He doesn't have a stronger bond with Lee than Kenny/Lilly, where as Carly's bond with Lee is stronger than all the other adults, making her scenes with Lee seem more meaningful.
I played both scenarios just to get my money's worth. To me the Carly save file felt more canon based on the scenes; the action, writing and intimacy.
Well WHY the obsession? She was good I liked her but Its the only logical explanation for people to think she survived a gun shot TO THE FACE. Its beyond "shes a good charecter" to be this obsessed. Personally I think Carly is dead. I think Telltale killed her for the same reason they killed off Lee and Kenny to tug on our heart strings and make us cry. I don't say she was dead because she was shot in the head , I say she was dead because she didn't have any medical help and was left alone to bleed out. In the comics Carl was shot in his face. his eye was shot along with a third of his face and he lived so I don't think Phil TWD or anyone else that would like Carly's return are being obsessive. There just hopeful.
My bets (if TT decides to make the season 2 tie in slightly with season 1) are that you will be in a new adventure as Glenn.
• He left the group for a dangerous situation (good starting point for drama)
• He was resourceful and fast (so a slightly different skill set from Lee to change things up)
• Not a whole lot was known about him besides that he wanted to know about his friends/family (leaving lots of open room for improvising on his character development)
Then again, I'm not sure if this is supposed to be the same Glenn that meets up with Rick in the TV series (many similarities: both wear baseball cap, both are the group's designated scavenger, and both have that "not gunna give up on humanity" attitude - not to mention the name)

Glenn(and Hershel Greene and originally Lilly) were all cameo appearances from the comics, so i don't think the next season will be focusing on their characters. It would have been great, though.
Season 2 should have multiple endings so our choice would matter. I don't care how expensive it might cost, as long as my decisions really mattered. Season 1 was good but no matter what you've chose, it still gonna end up the same way in the end.

They're the same character. They're also both Asian and both worked as pizza delivery boys, and both traveled to Atlanta. It's the same guy...no doubt at all about it.

I think there is a way to make possible lee to survive.
We cut lee arm and then don't shoot to him.
In new series we discover lee as survivor to pestilence.
Not at all folks....
Also kenny is alive (less possible indeed)...and so start up of second season
Is clem that watch and see two people far in the country...lee and kenny....
Maybe real or only clem's dream?
Another possibility is lee liberated by molly...so season two
Starts with lee and molly in the country and clem will see them.

I feel like that, after a huge sale of 8.5million copies of The Dead Walking. There isnt any excuse to not improve the engine, the engine is really really old and lacking badly.
And im not talking high definition graphics, im talking stuff like animations, bigger areas, less load time, more dynamic stuff going on,.
That old engine is just really letting down the games. If there isnt some major overhaul atleast to the engine in Season 2, i really wanna know why not ?.
AS much fun as the Walking Dead was, it doesnt feel like a real world, it feels like im on a stage in a world made out of indestructible materials and thats a real shame.
Not to mention hopefully much improved control scheme.
What about we play Molly at that moment when she left the group, and lately she will catch up with Clem, Omid and Krista? Could be an option, would be a pitty not to follow Molly as a character. Anyway, I think in the new season we will controle a femal character.
Hm so when I'm rethink again, I think we will play a complete new character, and maybe we will catch up with Clem & Co in chapter 2. And in the first chapter we will just find some notes or hints, that there are other survivers which we -as players- already know.
Only if you don't take Clementine with you, she CAN get shot (if you take Clem, she'll save her regardless whether you shoot or not, you won't hurt Molly)

You may ACCIDENTALY shoot Molly, only if (as I already said) you don't take Clementine with you.
Who you may NOT play as:
-Lee (he's dead)
-Clementine (her voice actor said that she will act accordingly to Lee's last tips; I have my doubts though)
Who you may play as:
-Omid/Christa (unlikely)
-Kenny (unlikely)
-Molly (likely since last time we saw her she was alive)
-New character (even more likely)
Well a good idea would install a character that can be good or bad by nature. Clementine would not be a good selection since your choices can vary meaning that Lees choices would not have full affect. A totally new character such as a person like Rick Grimes who was in a coma or a person locked up in jail with no idea of what is going on can make it interesting. Lets go with the prison idea. This character can either be bad or good based on his history and it can explain the two people up on the hill. It would also make a kick ass intro and explain how the two people on the hill saw clementine. Since the second too last thing Lee said to Clementine could have been to not trust strangers or to join a group this may have an effect on that as well. Thats what they should do.
I want a new story. With just a few hints and references to season 1. Cameo for Clem.
i agree with this.
i think alot of times with movies, games, etc when there's some kind of hard (or sad or cliffhanger) ending the fans want to know what happens they want answers, but i dont think thats always the best thing to do. example off the top of my head: people would wonder and discuss how does the force work in star wars then it was answered very boringly with midochlorians. i do wonder what will happen to clem and the others but for my own sake i dont think i should be answered. i liked that the game pretty much ended when you die just like it would in real life. people always talk about the ending of the sopranos, but no one ever talks about the later seasons of heros, because they werent very good. having some kind of controversial ending can be a good thing. there are exceptions and i will probably play whatever comes next either way, but think a new group/story would be better than a sequel.

*you're
And if he is, can you explain why?
He may not look the same in the TV series (not wearing the cap, for example), but it's basically the same character.

It's in the "questions for the walking dead team" thread. Too lazy to look it up, but I think it's on the next to last page of that thread.
It's not a fatal wound and she runs away, so anything is possible.
