heres my idea I have and idea for Episode 1 Season 2

    Charecters:
    Ian- Main
    Donald-Ian Brother
Ryan’s Family- One Family Ian finds at the school
David’s Family- another Family Ian finds at the school their daughter was bitten.
Michael- The robber Ian and his brother confront
Michael jr. –The son of the robber
The Main character is a guy named Ian. He lives in Savannah and is a pre-med student and learns from doctors at The Savannah Hospital. Ian usually studies from the veteran doctors and helps cancer patients since his father had suffered from this Diseases at one time.(Maybe he helps Vernon and his group) The infection starts while Ian is at the hospital he see that there have been "riots" in Savannah. He scared for his girlfriend so he leaves the hospital and heads for the parking lot. This is when he encounters a figure eating a woman on the floor. He goes to investigate, and this initiates a zombie fighting scene he runs to his car and the zombie bangs on the window and he kills it using his car. He drives to his apartment where his girlfriend is he tells her they have to go to his dads house since he lives in the country side but she will not go without her sister so they head to Savannah Middle School to pick her up. They go inside to get her sister and meet two families. They're desperate and their daughter has been bitten(1st Decision you choose to leave her or take her with you to you dads house) However after whatever choice you make your Girlfriend say that she has to get her parents and will meet you at your dads house so you give her they keys and leave with the family then you arrive at your dads house you show the family their room.(Depending on your choice it could lead to the death of a character). The Next day your father tells you and your brother to go check on the neighbors when we get in they're we see that there is a man robbing the house this leads to a stand off the man is obviously delusional(Second choice were you choose to kill this man or your brother does it) Whoever kills him we find that there was a child there and he sees either Ian or His Brother Kill his father(Third choice is ether leave the kid or take him with you) We then head back to the house. We see the characters huddled around Ian's fathers TV and its News about what is happening in savannah we see zombies in the background the camera drops the camera and runs away as the news reporter is eaten. Then the Tv shows that its an emergency evacuation and Tells all viewers to head to Atlanta. Our Group talks telling how going to another big city is stupid and that they should just hold up in Ian’s fathers house. The Episode ends with Ian looking out the window and seeing Savannah in the distance.

Although it is a cool setup KoD, the problem here is the same one that made them choose Lee was not a relative of Clementine: predetermined relationships. The connection with Lee was so strong because he literally had no previous relations with anyone in the group except those you experienced yourself.

The same issue is if Molly would be protagonist for Season 2. She has a pre-determined personality of being a loner who is not good around other people. This is something that will have been decided for you.

I, myself, welcome our new blank slate character to indentify ourselves with!

Disclaimer: This post has mature language which line up with the game spirit.

    Lee is dead?

    *Emorage mode on*
    Fuck! Fuck! FUCK!!
    Tell me it isn't true!
Telltale, you are heartless bastards. Wasn't it enough for Clementine to lost her parents once? Why should she lost her new "father" once more? Moreover, the child should shoot him with her own hands. This is not acceptable.
Shit! This shouldn't be. I hate you for this.

    *Emorage mode off*
upd. This post should be moved to this tread. Found it too late.

Okay I played the whole game like 4 times and watched youtube, but I never saw Andre?!

Andre is accompanying Shawn Greene and accidentally mistakes Lee Everett for a walker, but after learning that Lee is with a young girl, puts down his firearm. He explains to them that they are searching for their friend, Chet, who was last seen being attacked by a Walker, but is now missing. As they are discussing on where he might possibly be, an undead Chet arrives, coming around the corner, forcing Andre to draw his sidearm and tell everyone else to get to his patrol car. As they leave for his car, he can't bring himself to shoot. He runs back to his car and drives away, leaving for Hershel's Farm. He drops Lee, Shawn, and Clementine off at the farm and gives his condolences to Shawn about what had happened to Chet before driving off.

This never happened in my game? Chet just lived and helped to push a car away so he could escape a couple of zombies with Shawn, Lee and Clementine?

When leaving Clem's house, choose to wait until night. You will see Andre and zombie Chet.

Yeah I just figured out. I thought I chose the night once but clearly not.

I kinda hope that season 2 wil start with new characters that you didn't see in season 1, and in episode 2 or something like that you get the scene where two of the new characters meet up with Clementine when she is alone in that field.
But the choices you made in season 1 are important because TTG wants that you can use your saved game from season 1 when you're playing season 2.
But I don't want Clementine be the main character in season 2.

Or you are going to play like old characters from season 1, like Glenn or Herschel. You don't really know what happened to them. Like: If you didn't try to save Shawn, that could affect the way Herschel is going to act towards Clementine.

Glenn and Herschel should be in the prison at this point-o-time, so thats never gonna happen. They both have their stories told by our old buddy kirkman.

Why do so many people want to play as a woman? Believe me, that's the wrong choice. Playing as a man would be much more suitable, since most players are males and playing as a male would let them identify with the character easier, the more in common the better. Either this or you let us choose the sex of our character, which would be better for all of us.

    Totally agree with you

I think we will probably get a male anyway, because the video game industry is pretty stuck at that point. There are two kinds of characters. Though male ones, or tough female ones with large butts. You either have to play a hot badass chick or just a badass, yes, they are some differents, but that sums it up perfectly.

Lets see the game from the roleplaying factor, the factor, where we are Lee and not some 27 years old, glass wearing gamer. We make deceisions for Lee and I think, we would be able to do the same for a woman. Acutally it would give us the chance to see this whole thing from another viewpoint. I hope we get a woman, but I doubt it highly.

    I agree too.
Haven't read the thread, but honestly I would be happy playing as a another character (dosen't have to be as good as Lee) but ofc, with Clem as the most important character,or at least the second most important. Our choices from the 1st Season could, for example, change how she acts. :)

Exactly!!! The Walking Dead is the only game, in which the main character is not the one for whom we play! That's why is game are unical.

So I know this has been probably talked about to death but they said this is the place for suggestions so here I go.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who LOVED playing this game. It's so unique and you will undoubtedly get wrapped up in the story without even trying. I liked the game so much that I wanted to play it again however, as everyone else has realized the choices are superficial and don't effect the overall outcome. Even though I would've been happier with the choices having a bigger immediate impact I'm not unhappy about it ending the same as long as the following seasons deliver. Here is my main suggestion for TTG if they happen to read this.

Multiple endings. Although I know this may be a time consuming process with the sheer multitude of choices that are made in the game; it's not impossible for it to be done with some of the choices being superficial and others that completely reshape the game play. It will make the replay value much higher and make one players zombie apocolypse completely different than other plays herald of doom.

If you had maybe the choice of different groups you can follow in the game it immediately increases the replay value of the game. Maybe Group A decides to live out in the country (like Omid and Christa) and Group B would rather stay in the cities. Even if the choices are superficial throughout the rest of the game you'll be with two different groups with two different paths and dangers they wuold come across. You could even throw in a Group C which would be....no group at all. In the last episode where you have the option of telling Clementine to avoid small groups maybe she would want to take the Michon route and travel solo or with one companion they may trust. (Andrea) Now that of course depends on whether you play as Clementine. But I say that even if you don't play as her the choice to avoid groups could just be the mindset of whoever the character you play as in season 2.

In a great story I'm sure certain things have to happen like Clementine parents leaving her or Lee being arrested. However, a great example of being able to expand the game is with Herschel's farm. Let's say you saved Shawn and he didn't die Herschel said you could stay but Kenny and his family couldn't. Even if Shawn dies later on it still leaves a new path for Lee and Clementine.

That is my only suggestion for a game that I was and still am blown away with. Other than skyrim and FF7 when it first came out were there really games that I thought about as I went through my day, anxious for another chance to play it. I don't know the first thing about making games so I trust TTG implicitly to release another classic when season 2 comes out. I've never taken the time to write a complaint, or take a survey, or anything of that sort before. I felt strongly about this just to try and enhance the already great experience that was The Walking Dead the video game. Cant' wait for Season 2!

I hope Telltale will follow up on what happened to Vernon and his group after they ditched Lee & Co.

I really, really hope they allow us the option to let a zombie eat Vernon. (Or even better, a zombified Lee. How's that for poetic justice?)

Discusses how making players rationalize their weaponry and such can affect the plot.

That is one of the most ridiculous things I've ever heard.
There may have been more males playing than females, but you didn't hear or see women going around saying "omg lee has that icky penis between his legs! i can't even relate to this! he has man problems, not women problems!1!"
In the apocalypse, gender disappears, except by those that would use it to their advantage anyway. (The man who beats his wife becomes the tyrant leader of a predominantly male group and the woman who would sleep her way to the top would use sex to gain whatever she wanted and/or needed.)
I think that so many people, myself included, want to play as a woman because we trust TTG to deliver a unique, relateable, and fun character, but don't want to play Lee again. I'd like to play someone quite different from Lee, and most of the characters we've seen thus far.

Stop with the hyperbole. He never said that it would be impossible to relate to a female protagonist, he just said that it would be more difficult for most players (as most players are male)... I can back up this statement, I have attempted to play as a female character in several games (Mass Effect, Dragon Age, Skyrim, etc). While I had no problem with this, it was more difficult to relate to and I prefer playing as my own gender.

If Telltale introduces a female protagonist, I won't really care, but it should be for reasons other than to be "different".

Top five plot threads from the first game I hope are resolved in some fashion or another for the sequel:

    1) Lilly's fate
    2) Kenny's fate
    3) Omid & Christa (including their baby)
    4) Vernon's betrayal & the fate of his group
    5) Lee.

I was hesitant about mentioning Kenny, since knowing Robert Kirkman's pessimistic universe, chances are he was eaten. I have no desire to see Kenny as a zombie in season 2. Either show him alive or keep his whereabouts unknown, Telltale. Please.

Lee, on the other hand, would present a great opportunity for Telltale to show the consequences of your final decision in the first game. I'd like to see at least one scene of a new gang of survivors coming across Lee in that abandoned jewellery store, either as a corpse (shot by Clem) or a handcuffed walker (left to die). If you chose to leave Lee behind in season 1, the player would then be given the option of having the survivors briefly about who he might have been before a NPC kills Lee, or have the PC shoot Lee immediately. Additionally, if you decided to cut off Lee's arm, one of the survivors could ask how he was able to handcuff himself to the radiator in the first place, a touching little callback to Clem's actions in the previous game.

It'd be an awful scene one way or another, but it's definitely keeping in line with the bleak tone of episode 5.

Multi Endings are a must in S2.Hard choices should play more of a part in determing your groups end.None of choices in S1 really make any difference in anything.(Except maybe doug/carley)TWD is really good but this would take it to a whole new level.Instead of watching an interractive story you would be creating your own.No one says it has to be wildy different.Or the expected happy ending bc lets face it TWD isnt happy.

In my opinion LEE isnt dead at the end of my game bc i chopped his arm off and handcuffed police zombie to the chair not lee.Clem didnt shoot him.He is just weak from arm being servered/ loss o blood and the fact hes been going non stop 2 get 2 clem.I never seen him change or die.Whos to say he didnt wake up and start tryin 2 get back 2 clem realizing he did get the arm in time and that he was worn out from journey 2 clem without proper medical attention.Maybe far fetched but this is TWD.

You know who might be an interesting PC for season 2? A priest. It would ultimately be up to you whether he holds on to his faith throughout the game, or succumbs to bitter pragmatism.

How about a convict who is on death row. A guard stayed and kept you locked up and fed. First episode during Ep 3 of the game. Walkers overun prisonand he lets you go. You and a woman you save end ep1 on a hill seeing Clem in the differance

Sounds too much like Lee. Telltale will probably want to try something different.
