See, if I was a mod, I'd let that stuff slide until there were more spambots than members and then just do a purge to make me look super efficient for one day.
I've been a mod before on a high volume, company forum... I'm not tolerant or patient enough. Come on, you can't tell me you haven't thought of grabbing people by the shoulders, shaking them like a British nanny and screaming: STOP BEING SO @#$%ING STUPID!
Pretty sure I'd be the quiet one who just bans spambots and merges threads into the 'Generic Telltale Should Make' thread. Oh, and never goes into the Walking Dead section. I'm not insane, after all.

Oh, if you won't go into the Walking Dead forum, I think your chances of getting modship just went way down.
I, however, am already insane and therefore need fear nothing.

@Guru: See how my predictions come true even before the fact?
We've already got a really quiet one! Seldom posts and if he does it's only to explicitly and continuously save Telltale technical support's behinds.
We need more loud ones!
It's probably less than a month to go for TWD anyway.
The problem is I hate anything zombie related (except 28 Days Later, and that was more genetic mutations than zombies), so I can't see myself wanting anything to do with people obsessed with a game about zombies, especially noobs who throw spoilers around and are whinning little gits about everything to do with it - release dates, who gets killed, etc. If I were a mod there, I'd last about 2 days before I started swearing, deleting threads at random and outright banning pretty much everyone.
When it comes to the other games Telltale's done/doing though... yeah, I'd be a lot better there.
...and yes, I know Walking Dead's about the people and not the zombies, yadda yadda yadda. Same thing to me.

Heh I feel the same that's why I haven't played it.
I don't see why people are scared to go into TWD fourms...then again i'm actually surprised there is still threads in TWD fourms. I would have thought by Ep 4, one of the mods would just be sick & tired of hearing nothing but ''Why is this episode not out yet!!!!'' or spoilers or Spambots and then the mods just band together and decide to lock TWD fourms completely
OHHHHH!! you guys (GUYS!!!!!!!!!) know what would really improve this forum?!..I don't but if someone does it would be a REEEEEAL REALLLLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! help.
I'd like to know why the report person/post icon's gone. I know there's theories Telltale staff have whisked it away, but I'd appreciate a definitive answer, if there is one. PM'ing mods seems a clunky way of doing things.

Mandatory all-forum patrol eight times a day.
Then it will be Detective Alcoremortis to the rescue! And after I'm done with the case, they'll have to call someone else who's far more qualified.
I was once hired to find a missing man. They never found him. Hell, they couldn't even find me for three years!
Careful what you wish for.

I don't like the sound of that.
I'm suddenly terrified.
Btw, great Guru-genie, I wish for a shiny gold forum star.

Hey, those are totally important jobs.

No problem, this is exactly what you have to do there!
Ah, there it is. All set!

Hey you just got the top 3 reasons why i hate some of the people in the TWD fourms!
Fribbit!
(Everyone just stares at you confused)
It would really help forum morale. Well, mine at least.

Oh, I'd know what's going on.
"THERE IS NO MOUTH ON A DEAD MAN...." <- translation of "Dead men tell no tales..."
Also, I'm totally for being sent to Japan for any reason. Love that place.

The spambots stole it.
I don't know what you're talking about.
