Knowing better than to even think about guessing for at least another month = gets it
What do you mean? I'm playing it in my head right now. Its When Lee goes back and uses his wizard magic and
saves Carly,
Then Carly, Lee, and Clem go off to the mystical floating Island in the sky where they live happily ever after. Episode 5 is them watching the new season of Dexter!
I'm not sure if I recall correctly, but I believe I remember seeing somewhere that a TellTale employee stated something along the lines of,
"Hopefully we'll have it by the end of the month or early october. We have to have the whole series done, content wise, by October so we can release the retail version. I know thats hard to believe."
That being said, meaning the entire series has to be completed by then, is there a chance we'll get Episode 4 in September, and Episode 5 in October? I can only imagine that XBL, PSN, PC, etc, would be able to have all the episodes before it's released in the retail version. Since that needs to be done by October, can any TellTale team member confirm if this is true?
Is it a possibility we will get Episodes 4 + 5 on that whole "monthly" schedule?

I said it the day they released episode 3, and I'm sticking to my guns. Episode 4 will be a trick and treat, seeing as it will come out on 10/31/12... Halloween. Oooooohh spooky.
P.S. Being "READY" is NOT the same thing as being "OUT." advanced warning, so we all know the deal from the beginning. :-)

October 28th.. Can't you see that they are releasing episodes on 2 months..
Anything before 28th October is surprise and great, but unexpected.
Yeah I noticed that during EP2 Starved for Help
Episode 1 - A New Day: April 24, 2012
May Skip
Episode 2 - Starved For Help: June 29, 2012
July Skip
Episode 3 - Long Road Ahead: August 29, 2012
September Skip
Episode 4 - Around Every Corner: October 29, 2012
November Skip
Episode 5 - No Time Left: December 28, 2012
It's obviously going to come out on October 30th (Devil's night) or October 31st (Halloween). Almost as if they planned it this way, and what a perfect day to release it on.. nice and spooooky. Not to mention that gives them a target of December 25th-31st to release the final episode and close out the year with the entire season, and if they are smart they will get it out just before Christmas for a nice big sales rush. Come January they will hopefully release Season 2 episode 1....

Oh I would love to live in the world you live in. Sadly, I don't think there was that much thought to it.

You're dreaming. The never said season 2 would be straight after. Telltale have other projects in the pipeline too.

They have Fables, as far as I know, but another team is working on that. But if they want to make it yearly then they better start right away.
TTG is a business before anything else. I don't know if they'll really hold off making a sequel to their most profitable game to take the chance on a new game that might be hit of miss, or make a sequel to a less popular and profitable title, but time will tell.

They hinted at a second Season of Back to the Future in much the same way as TWD; nothing has emerged yet. They've done three Seasons of Sam & Max, but have always started in even years (2006/2008/2010).
It's likely that Fables will be the next franchise they pick up, and it's still unlikely that they'll release two games at the same time. Also, if they don't do another Sam & Max Season soon, people might kill them.
Better not hope for Season two before at least 2014.
Anyone else hope we get to see Lilly as a zombie in Episode 4?
It's unlikely, lilly is also a character from the comics and (I dunno how to do spoilers... so)
SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER!!!!!
her "status" is unknown in the comics... so she may still be alive which is also unlikely but I do know she survives for a while on her own/in woodbury

Jokes aside, I doubt it'll be in September. Nothing wrong with that, since good works need their time, and I'm not in a hurry.
Cheers!
Voted for October = optimistic

Proberly not, but do we really have a choice?

I doubt there will be anything to update until late September to early October.

Not me. I like Lily even though she was rather rude in episode 3.
