Just finished Republic Commando. Random funny thing: I was listening to the music and really liking it, when the credits came around guess who was one of the composers? Jared-Emerson Johnson.
Well, I bought Trine some time ago when it was on sale on Steam for 5 EUR, and since I was craving something sidescrollery and jump'n'run-y I gave it a go - something I should really have done earlier, as it's a great game...
np: Apparat & Raz Ohara - Holdon (Raz Ohara's A Minor Version) (Apparat - Things To Be Frickled (Disc 2))
Just finished Ocarina of Time...again. But I can cross it off my list because I didn't have a completed save file for it on the Collector's Edition disc. Now I just have to beat it two more times on the Master Quest disc and I'll never be (self-)obligated to play it again.
Not to say that I won't ever play it again after that. I absolutely will.
So now I've got a few options on what to do next. I'm currently in the middle of both Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles and Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories, and I really don't feel like doing either, but I don't want to start anything else until I'm done with them.
I suppose I could stop being lazy and finally get back to the final dungeon in Final Fantasy III...
FF12: I'm running around in the Pharos at Ridorana.
Secret Files: starting the part with the guy (forgot his name) in Ireland
Portal: played through the main game, now doing the advanced levels
S&M: in the theater talking to Santa
Playing Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island...Bloody brilliant.
Oh yes. I've only ever had the opportunity to play the GBA port of it, but the game was absolutely amazing. One of the few games I've ever bothered totally 100% completing (perfect scores on every level and everything), and by far both the most challenging and most worth it.
Final Fantasy III: DS version. Recently finished FFIX for the first time several months ago. In it there was a hidden song that was a redone version of a song from FFIII, Une and Doga's theme. It was....unbelievably beautiful. I had to borrow this game from a friend immediately.
Enemy Territory and adventure games. It's all I'll play. Still Life for one, but haven't been back to that in a long while. Heavy Rain for another, still haven't played that in a while.
Red Dead Redemption: Which is fantastic, I love pretty much everything they have done with it. The horses look and feel great, the sound design and soundtrack are both absolutely brilliant. I just wish I wasn't in the middle of exams so I could put a decent chunk of time into it.
TF2: I've finally found a server I feel I can become a regular on. It's a great way to let out some steam from revision.
I really need to get back to my games. Over the past couple days, I've been spending too much time reading Cracked.com and not enough playing SBCG4AP or any of the other games I'm supposed to be in the middle of.
I gave portal a try one night, considering that it was free and all. Good stuff
Other then that, red dead redemption of course. I'm currently at 88,8% and still going! I spent 28 consecutive hours in front of the screen at one point and I'm still having trouble getting into a normal diurnal rhythm, hehe.
Do you play different levels if you choose dark side or is it just the story/ending that changes?
In Dark Forces II, the levels are the same, except the second to last boss fight, in which you fight Sariss (light side) or Yun (dark side), and of course the cutscenes are different.
In Jedi Academy, the levels are the same, except that all the other Jedi are your allies if you chose light side, and if you chose dark side all NPC are enemies. The cutscenes are different, too, and the final fight (against Tavion possesed by Marka Ragnos if Light Side, against Kyle Katarn himself if Dark Side)
I only have played KOTOR light sided, so I can't say anything about that game...
I found out today that, after months of playing Tales and Season 3 at graphics quality 1, i decided to test my pc, starting at 9 and working my way down, and i can play perfectly fine at level 5, so im happy now and i'ma replay the penal zone so i can see that cutscene with the ring.

Did that work out? The graphics levels seem totally different between the two games. On my PC, I can play Tales just fine at level 3, but The Devil's Playhouse lags horribly at anything above 1.
Finished with Strong Badia the Free, so now I'm caught up with where I was on WiiWare. I'm going to quit for the night and start on the episodes I haven't played later.
Comments
I dunno, I used it simply as it is a lot more intuitive to me than the Backloggery
Fixed.

It's probably time to get a new game...

Naw.

Pokemon HeartGold: http://www.awkwardzombie.com/comic1-040510.php < This illustrates exactly why I haven't gotten anywhere in this game for about a week now

Also playing on the PC:
Portal
Half Life 2 (never played it, but got curious after playing Portal)
Dragon Age
For some reason I can't remember anything about that one.
Get out.
You do not belong here.
I can't wait, soon I get to play Sam & Max 303!

And Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands (for Wii)
LOL Jedi Knight, classic cut scenes but the graphics redefine bad.
Half the reason that I keep dying is I find it hard to aim for the small clump of pixels off in the corner that is shooting me.
I would not doubt it. The light saber battles are really difficult too. The MOTS Jedi Knight game is one of my favorites though.
There's a Sam and Max Easter egg some where in JK one.

Yes, and he's a damn good enemy.
It's also the reason I have a backlog of almost a week here on the forum...

Edit: Finally starting up SBCG4AP on the PC!
And I am also playing Sam & Max, just finished Season 1.
