Steam has no idea when Telltale will release. When they premiered Poker Night at the Inventory, the Steam clock went from 12 am to 9am to 3pm then to 7 pm.

It should have been released Midnight EST in the US. That's the standard release time for most games released globally.

I am unable to find this info so sorry if it is elsewhere. I was just wondering when we will know when our Deluxe Edition download is available? Will we be notified by Email or do we simply check their website through the day? I know they arent doing the midnight release and they are in pacific time zone. Just wondering how we will be informed.

Obviously, seems no one thought this game would get so much attention and well, why release it in a timely manner? How about we just chill out and enjoy our paycheck from the pre orders and purchases of a game we aren't releasing quite yet.

Time zones. It's only 7AM where TT's office is located. It will be between 2 and 10 hours before the game is launched.
I can't preorder the game too Steam says: "Oops! This game is not available in your region" when I open JP-page in Steam-shop. But it was available a month before. What's happened?

Actually it's not. Day of is standard release time. Companies do that because they can hold promotional events.
