I don't. Especially since they changed twice while I was in bed and then didn't change half of the day when I was awake.
Every 8 hours is fair for everybody.
They also brought everything back in the final days though.
I've probably spent the most during this Steam sale than any other with 17 games bought (admittedly 10 of those games are from one collection purchase) in 4 days. And I doubt they'll be the last purchases in this sale. This is happening probably because I've got a bit more disposable income now that I moved out of my expensive to run flat to a cheaper (but quite cramped) single room.
Good time to build up my collection with some older and newer games that I've wanted for a little while.
Annoyingly missed one game that was on a flash sale but I couldn't get the checkout to work and I had to go to bed as I was very tired. By the time I remembered about it when I woke in the morning I had missed it. Hope it pops up once more before the end but if it doesn't I'll probably get it at the slightly higher normal sale price.

Nice, Skyrim is back. Oddly enough though, Dragonborn is 30% off instead of 50 like it was on day 1. Probably a typo, but those are normally fixed quickly.
Halfway through the Civilization V sale, they removed the discount on Brave New World. They also gave a copy of Civ IV(base game, no expansions) to anyone who pre-ordered Brave New World as an apology....which seems like far more of a slap in the face to me but whatever.
The other Assassin's Creed games seem to be reduced, too. (The price for the individual games is actually cheaper than the Assassin's Creed Pack... At least thats the case for me in Germany.)

Nice. Thanks for checking that out. That's often the case when one game in a franchise is featured. I'm on a really bad mobile connection at the moment, so I had trouble checking the deals more in depth.
The rest of the Assassin's Creed series is 75% off. All of it. Including Revelations, the Gold Edition of which is now under a fiver (which is generally my limit) and as a result has now been purchased by myself.
So add that one to the list from earlier, along with some DLC for Sleeping Dogs now it's 75% off again.
The only new votes up are The Walking Dead and Van Helsing. WTF? I don't really want to choose either, but I guess I'll go with Van Helsing, since it looks like the most interesting of the two and TWD already was a deal.
EDIT: There's also a Steam redeemable daily deal on GamersGate: 50% off Sacred Citadel: 7,50€ / $7.50
Steam appears to have derped, so here's what appears to be today's list of games.
Grand Theft Auto IV 75% off
Dead Island Series 50 - 75% off
Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition 75% off
Fallen Enchantress Series 66 - 75% off
Tropico 4: Steam Special Edition 80% off

Ace of Spades 75% off
Mount & Blade: With Fire & Sword 75% off
Evoland 50% off

Steam already posted today's sale on Twitter so here you go!

EDIT: Damn you Gibbey.
Ok. So I guess I'm looking at the flash sales today then! XD
(Because the community seems to want the games we already own a billion times over, and the daily deal's pretty naff when you got all the good stuff already)
Guess I'll total up what I've spent so far.
Surgeon Simulator - £2.37
Sleeping Dogs DLC (Just the story dlc I didn't have) - £1.88
Dishonoured DLC - £4.97
Kerbal Space Program £10.79
Borderlands 2 Psycho Pack £2.71
Borderlands 2: Mechromancer Pack £2.71
Sid Meier's Civilization V: Brave New World £13.39
TOTAL SPEND SO FAR: £38.82
A bit disappointing, (because if you don't count the "accidental" brave new world sale I snatched up, I would have only spent £25 which is probably half I'd normally spend in a summer/winter sale! XD), and I only plan to get Ys games when they eventually go on sale, (maybe a couple of other things if they caught my eye enough).
EDIT: I got some summer cards to trade. (may as well eh?)
Cards I got:
1x Chivalry
1x Dead Island Riptide
2x Skyrim
Cards I need:
Football Manager 2013
Kerbal Space Program
Reus
Torchlight II

...that's around £40(ish), or about $57(ish).
Kerbal Space Program £10.79
Borderlands 2 Psycho Pack £2.71
Borderlands 2: Mechromancer Pack £2.71
Sid Meier's Civilization V: Brave New World £13.39
£29.60 Spend so far.
(Not too bad. Civilization was pretty much a must buy at 33% off. Otherwise I would have spent alot less)
Borderlands 2 Psycho Pack - $3.39
Surgeon Simulator 2013 - $3.39
Trine 2 Complete Story DLC - $0.99
I've still got my eye on some stuff, but I've got some good restraint this time around. Of course, I'm missing out on getting cards.
Castlevania: Lords of Shadow Ultimate Edition isn't being released until after the summer sale.
On a side note, I just voted for Farming Simulator because I hate those games and felt like sticking it to the fans.
Ys I & II Chronicles+ - $5.09
Ys Oath in Felghana - $5.09
Ys Origin - $6.79
($16.97 series total)
Scribblenauts Unlimited - $4.99
$21.78 total.
I thought Farming Simulator was fairly popular...
Missing Link - $1.04
Explosive Mission Pack: $0.29
Tactical Enhancement Pack - $0.29
Total: $1.62
Total for the whole sale is now $23.40.
Don't be sad. In September it will be available on 360 and PS3.
And yes. These games actually sell kinda well in Germany. Another reason to hate this country.:(
