Now I've got an image in my head of Bender in a Duke Nukem game, beating a boss, then saying in old compressed format speech "Bite my shiny metal ass".

I ussually just watch. Now in that arcade there's a Insurance Company T_T

Is the "the only arcade game you'll ever see outside a mall is King of Fighters 2002 (*insert adjective) Plus (*insert number*)" true over there in Chile too?

And yeah, it sucks when arcades you liked get replaced by something else. In my case the second floor (the one with the good games) and half of the first floor got turned into a casino D: These days I think the remaining half got turned into a women clothes shop.

Good thing the best arcade in the city is still alive and doing well.

I think the only arcade I've seen was at Disneyland...

Yes. But the surviving ones sometimes are even older. AND a DDR Machine if we have luck.

That freaking hack got way out of control, I mean, it's not the only hacked game ever on an arcade, why is it then that it became THE ONLY game on most arcades? Seriously, even in the only good arcade left here it's literally almost half of the games at the arcade.

There's two of them at the entrance, then there's like 4 or 5 multigame machines and guess what gets played on them over half of the time? And the original version of the game? Ignored by most on a corner.

My cat Sissi threw up and ran away. My other cat Lumpy went to get a plastic bag and hid the mess under it.
I'm sure it's some instinct thing of burying it to prevent predators from tracking you or something, but that was adorable to witness.
    ...
Well, I have some cleaning to do now if you'll excuse me.

You know what grinds my gears? The fact that everything popular automatically "sucks". Not that it actually sucks, but the general consensus is that it just sucks. Pop music? Sucks. Rap? Sucks. R&B? Sucks. Popular video game? Sucks. Avatar: The Last Airbender television series? It's cool, but I'm not surprised when people eventually would call sucks. Telltale Games? Oh, let's just not go there.

I'm feeling extremely tempted to buy a Mac OSX copy of Age of Empires 2. This would make the third copy of the game that I've bought thus far....

*sigh* I can draw characters standing around just fine (except Max, for some reason I can never get him right ._.), but I try to draw them doing ANYTHING else and...yeah. So frustrating.

I can't draw Max that well either. My last two attempts made him stick thin, and then when trying to correct this I accidently gave him a beer belly.

As for drawing characters doing something, I have to have a series of pictures to refer to. I really wish I was good at art. I suppose I just have to keep trying.

My body hurts. I have blisters on my feet, rashes on my legs, and something in my eye that's invisible and won't go away. =(

Max looks like someone everyone should be able to draw easily, but try drawing him...I think it's that his simpleness causes every mistake of yours to stand out more making him harder to look just right.

I am thinking of getting a PC laptop. Now I know I'm a resident Mac Fanboi here, but hear me out. My MacBook is old, but it still works, There is a lot of crap I can do with it. It's not up for the ever changing demands in Gaming though. I want a Laptop with Windows 7 on it so I can game.

Sorry, but, have you tried use some skeleton guides? Wait me a sec:

Here's a tutorial. For Max, I eliminate the shoulders. I normally draw big feet, so, his foot is not a problem for me. Also, try to use line guides in his face. The lower part of his eyes I think are in line with the top part of his nose.

What your budget? I would reccomend a Sony vaio laptop, but ring them up and ask if you can customise it. for an extra £10 and a 3 week wait, they doubled most of my specs and added a Blu-ray drive, which is useless as a portable player, because it drains the battery too much. The films outlast the battery. But even so, it's great to have a blu-ray player to take into bed at night, even if it's still plugged in.

I have the opposite problem. It pisses me off when something is "immune to sucking" for no reason other than that it's popular. At least there's some much needed exceptions to this principle, like Twilight and Lady Gaga.

My budget is currently nill. I have to save up for a few months, and my father recommended not a Vaio. I might go for a Toshiba like his Linux Labtop. I'm more concerned on having enough money for something I'll like.

Don't say sorry man. If it's on your mind, then it's on your mind. And if it's on your mind, then it should be transferred into this thread (with some exceptions). By the way, Snape kills Dumbledore.

My brother spoiled the ending of that book without even reading it. Here was I, one hundred pages into the sixth book on the day it came out and my brother ripped the book out of my hands, flipped to the end and said, "Oh, look! Snape kills Dumbledore!"

    I was so pissed.
