Today's Daily Deal is Air Conflicts: Secret Wars. ...I dunno. It's £3.40 / $6.75.
Also, Green Man Gaming has a Warner Bros. sale on, which includes the two Lego Harry Potter games as well as F3AR. Not sure if it's available across the seas, but in the UK they're pretty damn good value. Seriously, F3AR for a fiver? Not even Steam's that good, and that's exactly the version GMG are selling!
Today's Daily Deal is Hydrophobia: Prophecy. £2.05 / $3.05
Also, GreenManGaming has some interesting deals. Worms Reloaded is half price, Lord of the Rings: War in the North is 60% off (£7.99!) and Bastion is also pretty cheap (under a fiver).
Sadly, I've missed most of the best deals, but I'll try to let you know about their best Steam offers from now on.
So how does one tell beforehand that a game they are buying from Greenmangaming has a Steam key?
It tells you on the product site that Steam is used as 3rd party DRM (example). You buy it and get the Key immediately on the gmg site and saves it to your gmg account.
Amazon's deal of the week is selling Civilization V for $9. Civilization V is a Steamworks game and, sure enough, Steam authentication is mentioned on its store page.
I wish there were some of the older Star Trek games made available for digital download through Steam or GOG. I really do like the Armada series, Bridge Commander, Away Team and TNG:A Final Unity, but these games have seemingly passed into obscurity.
Personally, I think companies are fools for not having certain games made available on popular digital distribution services; the marketing potential through which is so great, I would think it should be a no-brainer.
They do seem to be starting to get the idea, but it is a slow process. GOG seems to be getting more and more popular these days, so the potential for older companies to approach/be approached is definitely there.
Couple of decent deals on GMG, but they're not on Steam so I won't mention them.
Today's DAily Deal is Ignite (a driving game). £4.40 / $6.75
And hey, remember I was excited for getting F.3.A.R. for a fiver from GreenManGaming? Yeah, it's £3.99 today. Grr. It especially hurts because it's pretty much the only on-Steam offer worth mentioning, aside from Magicka again. Or the Gothic series. Or Painkiller. Woo.

Gothic and Painkiller are on GOG for a pretty cheap price, aren't they? You could get them from there.
Sorry about that guys, I was out with family last night and I completely forgot to do this. My bad!
Today's Daily Deal is PT Boats Gold. No, I don't know either. It's £3.39 / $5.09.
Two Weekend Deals to get through. The first is Nation Red, which is free-to-play all weekend, and only £2 / $2.50 if you decide to buy it.
The other is Dead Space 1 + 2. Both games are $5 each (or £2.50 and £3.75 respectively), or the pack is £6.24 / $9.99. Which is remarkably good value considering DS2 only came out last year.
Also, over on GMG, Sonic Generations is a third off in the UK, but it was still cheaper during the Steam Christmas sale, so if you wanted it, you probably bought it then. Other deals include Deus Ex: Human Revolution (half price) and a bunch of other stuff not Steam redeemable.
Couple of deals on GreenManGaming today worthy of mention.
Hope you didn't buy Deus Ex: HR yesterday, because the Augmented Edition is now 75% off! There's also Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days (don't buy it: here's why) and, in the UK, Total War: Shogun 2 is half price at £14.99.
Because I made a video review (with another on the way), I've been posting Daily Deals and Weekend Specials in this thread for over 3 months now, and I can force choke you if you don't give me the damn game.
It made it to my top favorite game of 2011, and I've played enough games that year that were new. Well, not many, but still. I love the narrative, and its length. It's fairly short if you know all the puzzles, but it can be of descent length otherwise.
I do have to say it is recommended that you have played the previous games also, if you want to understand some of the storyline. Most parts, especially at the end, heavily reference back to the previous three games. It's not needed to actually play the game, but required if you want to feel any attachment to the characters at all.
So, uh, do I get Blackwell Deception or not? 'cause I need to know whether to buy it myself or not.
Couple of interesting Steam deals on non-Steam sites. Sonic Generations is half-price over at Get Games, while Worms Reloaded is 75% off over at Green Man Gaming.
Yays! Winning by virtue of solitude is still winning!
My Steam username's the same as mine here, and if you add "@gmail.com" to the end of it (removing the space, obviously), you also get my e-mail address. Now gimme gimme gimme!

I want to get LEGO Harry Potter Years 5-7 or an applicable coupon.
No coupon will work on it - It's been 'released' after January 2nd.
Oh, right. I forgot.
Damn.

They provide Steam keys?
for Steam Only games they have to. I bought Deus Ex Human Revolution there today. For 7.49 Ponds.

Also this list.
Nothing particularly special on GreenManGaming today, unless you've yet to buy any Magicka DLC (75% off).
Personally, I think companies are fools for not having certain games made available on popular digital distribution services; the marketing potential through which is so great, I would think it should be a no-brainer.
Couple of decent deals on GMG, but they're not on Steam so I won't mention them.
Also, this week's Midweek Madness is Bejeweled 3. £3.75 / $4.99.
If you love Bejewled then get this! Good price for that game.
That logo is confusing, but it's actually spelled Aztaka.

Deus Ex Human Revolution $16.98
Deus Ex Human Revolution Augmented Edition $20.38
(either redeem on Steam)
Cool! How long will it last, cause I JUST might pick it up.

Again, sorry for the delay!

Shame I got the 360 version. I have to pay full price:(
that seems to be the full price on Gamersgate.
I just activated it on Steam. If it's a Steamworksgame there is no way to get it legally without activating it on Steam.
Today's Daily Deal is Front Mission Evolved. £5.09 / $10.19. And yes, that's the right price in the UK.
All DLC is on offer as well, so don't forget that.
Speaking of which, I promised I would give away the Blackwell Deception to a lucky person. So yeah, give me a good reason why I should gift it to you.
Speaking of, Gary, what'd you think of Deception?

...please.
No more deals from GreenManGaming, since they're sale ended at midday GMT.
