    Railworks Train Simulator 2012 - 90% off

    sooooo tempted...
Because this is the game with the most overpriced DLC packs ever.
    And this one: http://store.steampowered.com/app/65235/

It's downright SAD how tempting this is. You see those two $20 expansions and even if you're not interested somehow that 90% off number just FEELS like a deal.

The hell is wrong with you people? It's a TRAIN SIMULATOR. I'm known for buying almost everything when it's on sale, and even I don't want this. Jeez...

Did I mention this particular train simulator has a zombie apocalypse scenario pack?

Wow, aside from KOTOR there is nothing right now I care about. And I know for a fact there is a retail disc of that game somewhere with my family so I don't need that one either.

I still want KOTOR 2 on Steam.
I want a fully legal English version of it. (bought the German one and got sick of the translation during character creation, then pirated the english version and played it with my German original disc)

Age of Empires III - 75% off

I already own a physical copy of the base game, but I'm a bit tempted because of the expansions and the convenience of getting it on Steam. Anyone know if the expansions are worth it?
  • edited July 2012
I jumped on the Pendulo Adventure Pack earlier today. Great price for the five games.
  • edited July 2012
As did I. Pleasantly surprised to find it updated to include Yesterday as well. :)

New Flash Deal - Shoot Many Robots. Guess how much it's reduced by. GUESS.

    90%?

I have the beta of the next game "Shoot Many Robots: Arena of Kings" and surprisingly you don't shoot any robots in that one.

I must not be elite. I've neither played Psychonauts, nor came in on the BTTF or JP forums.

What I want to know is if the game forces you to have GFWL to play it. There is an older retail version out there that has doesn't require it, but they don't sell it anymore. I don't want it if it needs it.

That is perfectly fine, but until they play Psychonauts(that and Monkey Island), they will not be among the elite.

Hey, I'm pushing DF sales here.

I have yet to play Psychonauts. What are you gonna do about it?

    To get back on topic:

    New vote!
    Torchlight 75% (great game)
FarCry 2 75% (I at least own it...)
Oblivion 75% (if it wins by got take the version with all the DLC. You cannot get those anywhere else. No chance)

New Flash-Deal: Dungeon Defenders 75% off. This includes the Etheria Shards DLC pack.

(or, even better, don't buy it, because it's shit.)

When I say I have no games, or if I want to buy any more please slap me in the fact and remind me of this list, (this is the list of games I could play. On Steam ALONE!):

    http://freetexthost.com/fyi5gmz4d2

(Thats not including multiplayer or time sink games like Civilisation or Mount and Blade)
  • edited July 2012
Bloody hell that was close. 33% went for Oblivion, 33% went for Far Cry 2, but 34% went for Torchlight.
  • edited July 2012
We'll see which actually gets it though...

...but yeah, it'll be torchlight. I don't think they're going to do that twice.

Yeah! Racing! ...woo? *randomly chooses one* whatever.
  • edited July 2012
Of these, Driver is the one I know that has the interesting mechanic where you jump into other cars or something, so I guess I'll pick that one. =P
  • edited July 2012
For the record, the choices are Driver: San Francisco. Need for Speed: Hot Per suit and Test Drive Unlimited 2.

New Flash Deal - the Bioshock duo.
  • edited July 2012
Need for speed won. Shame, Driver looked much more fun.
  • edited July 2012
The newest flash sales are Binding of Isaac and Saints Row: The Third, both 75% off. Yeah, they're repeats. Guess I need to cross my fingers more for The Blackwell Bundle.
  • edited July 2012
Saints Row: The Third time on sale for 75% off.
They should think of something new. Honestly.

I want to get it. I'm just waiting to see if it hits 5 bucks during the sale.

    More Daily Deals, woo.

Age of Empires Online (Summer Sale Pack) - 75% off
Carpe Fulgur series (Chantelise: A Tale of Two Sisters, Fortune Summoners and Recattear: An Item Shop's Tale) - 75% off
Indie Bundle VII (Avadon: The Black Fortress, Dungeons of Dredmor, Q.U.B.E., Vessel and Zombie Driver) - 75% off
L.A. Noire - 75% off (get the Complete Edition, it's WELL worth it)
    S.T.A.L.K.E.R. (franchise) - 75% off
Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion - 25% off
Super Meat Boy - 75% off
    Thief (franchise) - 75% off
Total War Mega Pack (if it's a Total War game and it's on Steam, it's here) - 75% off

    Some damn good deals there!

Also, new Flash Deals. Dead Space 2 and Bastion. I'm thinking of a number between 74 and 76.

Age of Empires Online (starter pack bundles) - 75% off

Either I'm blind or they only have the starter pack on Steam right now. That pack is completely useless by the way. What really would be good is a discount on the civilisation packs. These seem to be gone now though. Will they return after the sale?

It's actually a Summer Sale exclusive pack. Probably should have made that a bit clearer.
  • edited July 2012
Nothing for me today. (I got most of it, the rest is meh.)

Probably a good thing. Don't need any more games now. (I still remember "the list" XD)

I see that and I saw it days ago because I actually love the game. And I noted back then too that the other DLC for the game has been taken off Steam for some bizarre reason.

Don't mind if I do. :D I'll pick it up even though there's no way my PC will run it. I'll save it for when I get a better PC (like 15% of my other Steam games :p)

I used to do that. And then I got the better PC and had a real good time playing all the games I have been waiting for for so long.:)
