Hahaha! The scene at the end with Lee mocking Carley about the batteries was really funny. "Hmmm .. batteries ... are you sure you can handle them?"
Very nice. I would like to think that it might have been a response to this thread and the many discussions about the puzzle in Episode 1.
By the way, I did say that Carley is a bit simple, but I really wish that she could manage to survive episode 5. Next to Lee and Clem, she's my favorite character in the game. TTG could kill Kenny and his family though... I don't mind.

Most likely. TellTale does a lot of stuff based on the community's reaction. Like, they made Winslow's role in Tales of Monkey Island bigger because of the community, and also lampshaded the incorrect pronunciation of La Esponja Grande which was also noticed by people, and other stuff like that.
I would call this one of the biggest benefits of an episodic model, really, to be able to take account of the players' reactions and feedback in such a way.

Agreed.
For all we know, they saw my "silent treatment" & decided to cover that angle as well, lol
Ep 1 didn't cover that well, as there are some inconsistencies as I went through it
I did notice some differences as I did it for Episode 2.
In Ep 1, they say I saved duck, when being silent actually saves no one.
but in Ep2,
You will be amazed how many people might be absolutely great at some stuff and yet be clueless to the simplest things in life. I have found myself in such situations... it happens.
Carley isn't stupid at all. She clearly understands people and is also quite reliable. Those are not bad qualities during a zombie apocalypse.

LOL, you would THINK that someone who works in the radio industry would have the skills necessary to operate a radio...:p
That being said, I agree with what you wrote. We don't know what kind of stress she was under, when the last time was that she slept, ate, bathed...we also know that she had recently been near death (until Doug came to her rescue). I don't blame her for not being able to get the radio working.
Tell Tale made her tech impared. I think they might of overdone it a little bit just so you can see that Dougs the the more technical guy and Carly is the good shot. They really make it a difficult decision to pick one. Doug helped you get the keys from Lees brother. Carly helps you save Glenn, and knows your secret.
the radio takes a little thought to solve. best advice would to be to approach it like an actual non working radio, that you might happen to be monkeying with in real life.
i recomemnd turning off all of the "assistance" mechanics in the options (story and visible button actions, etc) because it forces you to look everywhere for useful things and tricks.
...like a battery, lying in plain view, right on the floor in the main room.

No Waldo Wally. But I sure as hell should have hidden two batteries as well.
edit: OH MY GOD they call Waldo "Wally" in the UK. I am going to faint. Ah well, they tried to introduce him as "Walter" over here.
Don't you be dissing on Wally there! Respectful name, that. [he says while sniggering]
i still have the scars...

You could had posted a link to that thread of urs in any one of ur multiple posts here.
In that thread, got tons of pages, dunno where ur list is...
can u help point it out.
thanks.
I think the way they reflected on Carley's battery incompetence in episode 2 was pretty neat.
She managed to put the batteries in the camcorder and makes it works.
I'm glad all this have a happy ending.

u would think someone in the cleaning industry knows how to clean or in the hospitality to know how to behave around people...
its real, its recent with plenty of witnesses.
well actually no, typical americans only thinking of one aspect of the scene
he may of been using the cap to cover his neck from sunburn...
hence having to use his hand for his face..
or yes he is stupid for trying to look cool
and he is wearing sunglasses...
Judging from the position of the sun, the redneck problem wouldn't occur here.
yeah i know that, but was trying to defend the guy you know cos i'm nice

loving this game so far. very unique.
Nobody plays with radios anymore. It's all done by podcast now.
I cut her some slack on this one. She's obviously a twenty-something.
